Tanya Tagaq Poster

In 2013 Tanya Tagaq performed on Haida Gwaii soon after her Polaris Prize win and performance. 

I wanted to draw a poster that embody her rage and love. The furry font is inspired by her seal fur wrist bands.

The drawing is titled: Tanya and the seals revenge the deaths and the disappearances of the missing and murdered.
